This recipe comes from guest blogger Barbara Allen a.k.a. my mom. It's fast, easy, and healthy. She said next time she makes it she will throw in some pine nuts after sauteing the spinach. She made this for New Years day and I can vouch that it's excellent.
Saute chopped garlic.
Pile on a lot of spinach and add salt.
Saute for several minutes, not long.
Add some parm and enjoy.
